The company is an independent business of Chartered Building Surveyors which commenced trading in 2001. The company provides a full range of surveying services to the Residential, Commercial and Industrial property markets throughout Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland and to the edges of the surrounding counties.

These services include Valuations, Surveys, Architectural works and other specialist services as outlined and described on the following pages.
The company aims to provide a prompt and comprehensive service of the highest professional standards to all our clients using modern technology. The company has been founded on the principle of providing sound professional advice at an affordable cost.
This is based on a one-to-one relationship between the Managing Director and his clients. The company recognises that Quality Assurance is a principal factor in achieving the high level of customer satisfaction essential for business growth. In meeting this objective the company is committed to the implementation and on going maintenance of a quality management system to the latest edition of ISO 9001:2008.

The Managing Director’s philosophy is simply that customer service has to be the priority in building and maintaining a successful business.

We offer a broad range of Building Surveying Services to the Residential, Commercial and Industrial property markets in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

These services include Valuations, House Purchase Reports and Valuation (comparable to the RICS Homebuyer Reports) and Building Survey Reports on residential properties of all types, ages and styles together with defect diagnosis reports on specific problems such as structural movement, dampness and timber decay or defective roof coverings amongst other problems.
We also carry out Schedules of Condition and Schedules of Dilapidation on tenanted commercial properties as well as Structural Condition Reports or Building Survey Reports for those taking long full repairing and insuring (FRI) Leases or purchasing business premises.

For Landlords or Tenants seeking to control their maintenance, repair and redecoration budgets we can also inspect your property to prepare 5 to 10 year Planned Maintenance Programmes which will include brief details of works anticipated after this period.

For those looking to alter or extend their existing property, or construct a new building, we undertake a range of Architectural Design services from an initial Measured Surveys of property or land through Local Authority consents to Contract Supervision and completion on site.

Our range of professional services include advice under the Party Wall etc Act 1996 together with Expert Witness and Boundary Reports for the courts on boundary and building disputes, and Insurance Valuations.
