About Us

David Kutner qualified in 1994 and has personally undertaken more than 50 building projects ranging from converting larger properties into flats, refurbishing, altering and extending single units to building large new houses, hence his knowledge of building construction is extensive and up to date. He continues to personally supervise all the design and building work we take on, ensuring accurate advice is available for all prospective buyers.

David undertakes all types of Building Surveys including Level Two Survey (Homebuyer Report) and is also a Registered Valuer. This means he provides Red Book Valuation advice on all types of property.
