About Us

A practice providing expertise in boundary disputes and demarcation. Expert reports for litigation are a speciality. All work is processed through an Autocad computer system with the aim of merging hi-tech drawings with ancient conveyance documents. We deal with small suburban or major commercial disputes with special emphasis being placed upon patience and understanding as a background to solving the problem. Our specialist team is headed by David Powell who is also a member of Academy of Experts and is approved by the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme.
