About Us

niSurv have one of the highest review rankings in the UK, for residential surveyors, with over 350 five star reviews on Trustpilot, and over 45 five star reviews on Google. We were voted Property Surveyors of the Year 2022/23 in the Corporate LiveWire Global Awards 2022/23 and Residential Surveyors of the Year - Northern Ireland Customer Service Excellence Award 2021 in the Construction & Engineering Awards 2021.

We're a small firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Lisburn (with a second office in Newcastle Co Down) and pride ourselves in offering a very personal service to all our customers and believe in taking a little extra time to get things right, (as reflected in our online reviews on Google and Trustpilot which can be seen by clicking on the link to our website). We also like to take a little time following the survey, to call our clients and run through the findings of the report. That way you can get for clarification on any issues you may not be familiar with while speaking to the surveyor who actually carried out the survey.

We have more than 25 years’ experience within Northern Ireland, with a particular focus on private residential surveys in Lisburn, Belfast, Bangor, the Ards peninsula, Ballynahinch, Downpatrick, Newcastle, Lurgan, Banbridge, Portadown, Crumlin, Antrim, Newtownabbey, Carrickfergus and most of county Antrim & county Down.

We specialise in private RICS Level 2 Home Surveys (formerly known as an RICS Home Buyer Survey), and because we don't work with the banks or building societies, we can prioritise our private clients, offering fast turnarounds, flexible appointments, a very personal service and a high quality RICS report.
