Here at Pemberton Chartered Surveyors, our goal is to give you the best possible experience and as much information as possible to help you make that all-important decision on the home you have fallen in love with.

Andrew has worked in the residential property sector for 25 years and is a qualified Chartered Building Engineer (CABE), Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA).

Andrew is also a Property Care Association (PCA) Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments – Damp, Wood Destroying Fungi and Wood boring Insects and Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing - Below Ground Structures and Basements.
